The main floor is the middle one, affording magnificent views over the Dordogne countryside.  Outside to the rear is a large terrace which gives sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. There are a set of steps down to the next terrace and then a further set of steps to the third terrace and pool.

The pool is 10m x 5m. The maximum depth is 2m and minimum 0.9m with roman steps for easy access. It has an alarm and security cover. There is a large shingled area for parking/playing games as well as many flower beds and shrubs giving a countrified feeling, although the town centre is only a 20 minute walk away.
